Custom Duties

The packages delivered internationally may be subjected to custom duties. In this case, the customs expenses may vary based on your order and delivery country. In case of an order that is subject to customs duty, the responsibility belongs to the customer.

Contests/Promotions

Any contests or promotions described or posted on this Site shall be governed by the rules regulating such event. In case of any returns/exchanges, the promotions can be nullified by Shannoh and refunds/exchanges will be completed once the used promotion is cancelled.

Colors

We have made every effort to display, as accurately as possible, the colors of our products that appear at the Site. However, as the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color will be accurate. Please allow 5-6% variance in color and/or embroidery.

RISK OF LOSS

The items purchased from our Site are shipped by a third party carrier pursuant to a shipment contract. As a result, risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier/logistics partner.
