Length: Measure from the High Point of shoulder to the heel of the foot touching the ground. Sleeves: Measure from the low point of shoulder to the wrist joint. Chest: Measure 1 inch below the armpit around the chest. Waist: Measure around the point where the top of your trousers or skirt sits. Hips: Measure around the hip at the widest point. Inseam: Measure from the crotch to the bottom of the heel.
